20% management fee

This fee is calculated based on total net income once platform charges and turnover costs are cleared.

  • ✅ Maintenance passed through at exact cost
Tenant placement fee (one-off payment)

Marketing expenses at cost plus $500 or one week’s rent, whichever is lower.

Flat monthly

Perfect for estates currently between tenants, undergoing work, or needing expert stewardship.
